How I Market Your Property

Times have changed. Newspapers are not read greatly by today's consumers. Social media leads the way for buyers today. Here are some, but not all of the services and marketing methods that I employ when listing a residence:

  • MLS, the Multiple Listing Service. This is the largest exposure that a property can achieve. MLS is viewed by tens of thousands per week via pulbic access at www.realtor.ca
  • RE/MAX system – our office has more than 250 Realtor staff and the information is circulated to each member
  • Virtual tour allows a buyer to see, via photographs or video the exterior and interior of your propertye 
  • YouTube, one of the top choices today for buyers when they embark on their selection process
  • Feature sheets, for buyers to keep the specific information
  • Dedicated websites when necessary
  • Direct contact and mail to local neighbours and to clients looking for homes
  • Email blasts to Realtors who are the most active
  • Open houses in high traffic areas
  • More complex advertising for more complex or higher end properties
  • and much more
